Steps:
- Sign up for an Instagram Developer Account
- Click “Manage Clients”, then “Register New Clients”.
- Under the Security tab, ensure “Disable implicit OAuth” is unchecked.
- Fill in the forms with your own details, with https://kitt.kittkalio.com/instagram/ as the “redirect URI”
- Copy and paste your “Client ID” in the field below, submit the form and authorize your app.
Clicking the button will bring you back, and your code will be in a convenient field. Copy and paste it into the Access Token field in one of our themes, or any trusted plugin that requires an access token. Keep a copy of it, and keep it safe.

What’s an Instagram Access Token?
Instagram uses Access Tokens as a secure way of granting access to parts of your account other apps might need. In the case of our themes and plugins, we need basic access to your feed to display your most recent images.
Do I have to get a token from you?
Nope! You can get an Access Token manually through registering for your own developer account, and making a request on your own behalf.
Who are you and what are you doing with my information?
